1962 Suzuki 150cc Twin 2-Stroke Barn Find - July 1, 2009

My good friend Tim had been telling me about an old Suzuki in a barn here in Colorado Springs. He tells me this bike has a history and I'm just starting my research on the person who owned it before.

We set a date and today is the day to go get it.  I was chatting this up on Facebook and my other friend Don who is an enthusiast, came too. It's not often you come across a true Barn Find like this.

I'm not sure what “exactly” this is yet other than it's known as a Suzuki 150 or S32.  I can’t find any US information on a 150cc of this type though.  I’m just getting started having only had it a few hours as of this writing.

Here’s what the manufactures placard says:

Model SGE, 150cc, Eng# 52532, Frame #100965, Date Manufactured  1962.
